then welcome to GLUM to GLAM - a one day seminar to help women make positive transformation in whatever aspects of their lives they'd like to improve!
Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought "Who's That?"
It's OK, we all do it, our lives are hectic and it's often difficult to find time to think about what differences you'd like to see in yourself and your life.
Here's a solution - the GLUM TO GLAM seminar on Saturday 3rd March at the Cadogan Hotel, Sloane Street, London SW1 from 9.30am - 4.30pm.
You'll benefit from a series of talks and workshops aimed at helping you discover your hidden talents and potential, clear away any emotional clutter and present yourself to the world at your fabulous best. As well as sessions to help the Inner Woman feel positive, confident and in control, we'll be showing the Outer Woman how to get the best from her image, hair, make-up and fitness.
My talk on Colour and Image is all about choosing colours to flatter your own personal colouring and you'll have plenty of printed advice from this and all the other sessions to help you make the changes you'd like to see in yourself.
I'm delighted to be working with a group of experienced and enthusiastic professionals for the GLUM to GLAM events - here's the full line-up of what's in store on the day:
Clearing Mind Clutter - Paula Ruane
Financial Intelligence - Jacqui Moyies
Career and Personality Profiling - Maria Mouskou
Personal Fitness - Corrine Curtis
Colour and Image - Cass Edwards
Makeup and Hair - Suzanne Hack
Personal Branding - Dana Gornitzki
We can promise you a day which is fun, supportive and packed with helpful specialist advice to take away- plus a special gift of calming 'Inner Peace' drops.
The cost per person is £110.00 which includes Lunch, Teas/Coffees and Danish Pastries.
Places are limited - to book your place or to find out more about the event and the presenters, go to www.glumtoglam.com. Or, call Paula Ruane on 07803 072101 or e-mail to info@glumtoglam.com
